I met Dick from calling him on the phone over the years to cover bass gigs for me when I was double booked. The bands I played in always told me what a great player he was. You may know Dick from his work with John Denver and Peter Paul & Mary.

So, when I started doing more guitar stuff I called Dick. We had become friends over the years and I wanted to play some music with him and meet him in person. -I am glad I did.
